HOW TO ENTER

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor
The Frankenstein Art Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vivid Farms LLc  2273 Coolidge rd  Barryton MI 49305.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

4. Sweepstakes Period
Begins on October 13, 2025 and ends when 500 total paid entries have been received, or at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2025, whichever occurs first.

5. How to Enter
a. With Purchase: Purchase a limited edition Frankenstein postcard print to receive one bonus sweepstakes entry. Or a tshirt purchase will give you 3  bonus entries.
b. Without Purchase: Submit a mail-in entry as described above.

6. Entry Limits
Unlimited entries through purchases; one mail-in entry per person per day. All entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period ends.

7. Prizes
One grand prize (original Frankenstein painting, ARV $2,499) and seventeen additional business-donated prize packages (ARV $15–$500 each). Total ARV: $4,999.00. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur within seven business days after the sweepstakes closes. Odds depend on number of entries received.

9. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

10. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant permission for Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries or for any technical issues. By participating, entrants release Sponsor, prize providers, and their agents from all liability.

12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.

13. Shipping and Prize Pickup
All shipping costs associated with prize delivery are the sole responsibility of the winners. In-person prize pickup is available free of charge at one of two locations: Barryton, MI or Mount Pleasant, MI. Specific instructions and scheduling details for in-person pickup will be provided to winners via email or text after the drawing.

14. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable U.S. federal law.
